In contemporanea con il debutto americano, il 27 maggio l’attesissimo FRIENDS: THE REUNION arriva su Sky e in streaming su NOW in prima TV assoluta.
Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry e David Schwimmer, tutti anche produttori esecutivi dello speciale, ritornano sull’iconico palcoscenico che ha fatto di loro sei, che all’epoca della prima stagione dell’amatissima comedy dei quasi esordienti, delle star planetarie: una vera e propria celebrazione dell’esperienza su quel set – lo Stage 24, negli studi Warner di Burbank – e dell’amicizia che su quelle tavole è nata.
Friends: The Reunion vedrà alternarsi sul palco un numero impressionante di ospiti d’eccezione, fra cui David Beckham, Justin Bieber, BTS, James Corden, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Lady Gaga, Elliott Gould, Kit Harington, Larry Hankin, Mindy Kaling, Thomas Lennon, Christina Pickles, Tom Selleck, James Michael Tyler, Maggie Wheeler, Reese Witherspoon e Malala Yousafzai.
Friends: The Reunion è diretto da Ben Winston, anche produttore esecutivo insieme ai produttori esecutivi storici di Friends Kevin Bright, Marta Kauffman e David Crane e ai sei protagonisti. Lo speciale è una produzione Warner Bros. Unscripted Television in associazione con Warner Horizon, Fulwell 73 Productions e Bright/Kauffman/Crane Productions.
